Excellent hotel in every way with very polite stuff at check-out. Stocked and incredibly comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms. Soft beds. Good location, a few steps away from everywhere. Also, in the middle of jackson. Useful base for exploring Buffalo.

The location was convenient for our travels, and the staff were friendly . Enjoyed dinner at Rancho Viejo nearby-authentic flavor at great prices. Some aspects like room cleanliness and breakfast readiness could use attention. I'd recommend arriving early for breakfast to avoid long waits.

Buffalo's got some solid eats nearby! Hit up Rancho Viejo for some spicy bites or satisfy your sweet tooth at Dairy Queen, both just a hop away. Plus, the location of the hotel couldn't be better for my trips-always a winner! The breakfast offered a decent spread to kickstart the day.

The room looked alright, but I wasn't vibin' with that musty smell-it really threw off my comfort levels. Felt super iffy about the cleanliness. Had me spraying everything with disinfectant! And don't get me started on the limited TV channels. I just wanted a bit of news.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was solid every morning. We enjoyed checking out the nearby waterpark and went to a great local restaurant, too. The staff was super friendly. Highly recommend this spot for a group getaway!

Only downside was that some of the amenities were a bit outdated, but it didn't ruin our trip.
